Evening CPL & CCW Class
In our evening CPL & CCW class at Uncoiled Firearms & Range you will receive instruction on everything required by the state of Michigan in order to apply for your CPL, including firearms safety, laws surrounding use of force and carrying a concealed firearm, safe storage, and more. This class also includes the mandatory live fire qualification along with a wealth of other information related to CCW, taught by experienced instructors.
Evening classes are held once a month, on the first or second Wednesday and Thursday. Class begins promptly at 5:00pm and lasts until 9:00pm each night. If you are late, you may be rescheduled to a later class date, so please arrive on time. You must attend both nights in order to receive your completion certificate.
The class fee is all inclusive – there are no hidden fees. The classroom training, live fire qualification, eye protection & ear protection, firearm rental, and course completion certificate are all included. You are responsible for providing your own ammunition.
We also host a one-day class, with the 8 required hours and live fire qualification all contained in a single day of instruction. These are typically held every weekend on Saturday and Sunday. You can sign up for the single day Michigan CPL / CCW Class if a weekend class is more convenient.

Who should take the evening CPL / CCW class?
While we offer single day CCW classes almost every weekend for our customers to get their Michigan CPL, we also wanted to offer an evening course for those who work or are otherwise unavailable on weekends.
This evening CCW class is perfect for those who would rather attend after work for two nights than use a full day on the weekend.
Is this class different than single day CCW classes?
This class covers the exact same topics and provides the exact same benefits to students as the single day CPL class, and is the exact same total length. The only difference between this class and a single day CCW class is that this evening class is split into two days at 4 hours per day.
How much is the two-day CCW class?
The two day, evening CCW / CPL class at Uncoiled Firearms is $75. This fee covers all classroom instruction, your range qualification, course completion certificate, and even eye/ear protection and firearm rental should you need it. Students are responsible for providing their own ammunition for the live fire qualification.
Where is the 2-night CPL class located?
Both nights of the 2-day CCW class are held at Uncoiled Firearms & Range, 30305 Schoolcraft Rd. Livonia, MI 48150.
What benefits are there to taking the 2-night CCW class?
The main benefit is that you’ll be able to apply for your Michigan Concealed Pistol License upon successful completion of this course. Other benefits include excellent instruction on a defensive mindset, different scenarios you may encounter and how to react to them, and much, much more.
